Bro paiseh... I dunno which development. I only know it's 15 min from custom and around 5-10min from ksl. Minimum for foreigners needs to purchase rm 400k ppty.

theres several 烂尾楼 we know of, hahahahah so always go for those very near completion

theres a few developers can trust lah, one of my favorite would be sp setia

relax drive to melaka for a weekend getaway, only abt 45mins drive

cannot buy second hand units, only direct from developers... see, even malaysia takes care of their own ppl better than chao pap

more established developers like sp setia, mb world, sime darby and IOI very safe
