On shopee or Lazada the seller unlock the bootloader then flash global rom on it. Is this real?

As long as u buy the global rom ones. Is no need reflash.

Only if u buy china rom ones as in some models they never release for other market except china, then they will flash global rom.

Don't believe me u reset phone to factory setting. U will know is china rom or global rom.
