saw fresh abalone with shell kind rook quite cheap so buyed a few ghost home cooking.

sho moi washing abalone and then moi realise ...

knn it really rook like a cb .. the vulva..

had to wash 10.. so see 10 vulvas..  jin smelly too .. really ish CCB..

how u wash these to cook? fresh one like bo ho jiak one coz is crispy crispy compared to those in can ones

i think must use scrub, got see on tv before... i think also must use soda powder

use a tooth brush to wash..
 
need to cook a few hours.. at least 6 hours or longer depends on size, if big one then maybe need to cook 24 hrs

use salt better. soda poweder wash liao got funny taste... salt got good taste
