No la wouldn't itchy backside. But usually employers will ask at least for certs and licenses to verify authenticity. This one never ask anything and just trust based on what I said in resume. Find it a bit weird.

The certs part a bit unusual but payslip I think some dun ask for it liao

Usually coy has budgeted the celery based on previous pax & the current ppl in similar role.

Juz remember FT pmet with S Pass already min $3,600. Jhk wif their diploma & degree in lousy tertiary back home r eligible.

If not competitive means whole market u r less than 10-100 possible ppl short run then 15-30 is possible

If v competitive market I think 5-10% is possible but also depending on how unique u r versus nx best alternative they have with their candidate pool

Means co badly reviewed . Check number of reviews
If high count eg more than 5-10 then it s red flag

 I start to distrust these reviews cos from google reviews, it's easy to just get a few people to post negative things online for anything

Think the issue is people can buy good or bad reviews depending on motivations.  Money is actually no object cos if you can influence people to just post reviews, cost is little.

What about improving irl instead?  Depends on company I guess and of cos industry.  Like let's say nursing homes.  Budget and manpower and environment will always be an issue.  How to resolve?

I hv fren who quit nursing home work as a nurse to join e police cos she finds the shoestring budget n not optimised treatment nor care provided to the patients / elders staying there ..
