Anyway, 2 days later I replied yes to the offer. You see the benefits above. How to Walk away sia? Cannot be that bad right???

2 months into the jod and it was that bad. The sibei yaya auntie boss got this mindset everything is very easy everything can be done in 5 mins. Then everyday 做到要死。8-9pm then leave office 1. The team size was about 15 persons? Every week sure got ppl quit. Then between collicks the more snr ones talk harshly to each other. The sibei Yaya boss 有事没事will call team meeting to highlight a mistake that a team member make. Purposely make that person rook bad in front of everybuttie. Wtf. I also tio once b4.
Eventually 6 months into that jod I really cannot alrdy. I hang white flag and left w/o a jod.
This was the biggerestest mistake I ever made looking back.
观音 alrdy knew my destiny and warned me about it but I ignored her and paid the price. 😕

I was jodless for about 7 months. That 7 months was difficult too. First I told a couple of frens about my jodlessness. I tell you it was a mistake also. Ppl judge and they look at you differently one. They gave me a feeling rike I was stupid and useless. I stopped contacting these ppl.
then you know you go rook for jod while jodless the agents all will rook at you differently also. Macam must be a problematic worker. Maybe tio asked to leave, etc? Invariably all of them wanted reference check cos they were concerned whether you committed a crime or something and was sacked? One agent told me truthfully never ever quit w/o a jod, cos your bargaining power becomes zero and you might even have  to accept below your last drawn.
Then I tell you everyday you wake up first thing you chiong 154th and jods db, etc. Scan for openings, etc
After that go buy caipng for lunch, then I saw the boomers and maids wif little children go kindergarten and I tot sh/t sia, huai am I here? I should be in an office. Huai am I mixing wif boomers at this time of the day?  I told myself never to quit w/o a jod ever.

So after 5 months I founded my current workplace and quickly said bye bye to the psycholo sia.

I felt rike 'whoever out there' took pity on me and gave me my current workplace. I've been here ever since.
So ts, I tell you. Go away for a while. I asked you b4 mah. When was the rast time you flew??? It is very important to go away and recharge one. You cannot everyday sit on the problem and keep thinking about it 1.

Thanks for sharing. I'm still jobless though. I think if mentally really bth must go on a break, no choice have to quit w/o a job.
