moi think have to civil craim from them direct.

but after langa they run away liao hard to trace or find them to sue

cheng hoo better make law if pmd damage / langa cat must leave contact address / name/ tel no etc so they can be made responsible.

better if mandatory insorance cover 3rd party accident damage cover must be bought for all cyclist / pmd user that uses the road
