Older gen still stuck in olden era. All assume future will be as rosy as olden days. Assume future won't affect them and hoping to sell their hdb for $1mil so can brag to won children and relatives, finally made it in life

Whereas younger gen also heck care cos too caught up in nonsensical social media and whatnot
