there are 2 sides to this case

the criminal side is unauthorised access to computer material which is polis investigation and charged under COMPUTER MISUSE ACT.. which already dealt wiith.

as for the damages suffered by ncs, they can pursue the lost $$$ under the civil craim route.
 
ncs can consider launch civil craim against this snake for damanges however even if they win the case which they will likely win, the snake has no money to pay .. or can declare bankrupt and refuse to pay.

so the 900k will write off probably
