One can argue, why need to test?  Just give the cert of attendance can liao.  Shows the student attend such and such a course like some skills future course where it's a certificate of attendance rather than an exam cert.

But this would mean the cert would not be as trusted as much cos people won't know if the student actually knows the subject

Now is 24/7 work. Tech dun free up our time but instead make us squeeze more tasks into our lives
