Actually life is ironic coz we r all born to die.

And while living some of us actively or passively seek death but its only earlier or later anyway

Sometimes i also think of just jump down  sua

cannot tahan my workplace already

As someone who quit 2 times in my life without a job on hand and took a 2 month and 5 month sabbatical in 2021 and 2024 respectively, I would say that it's still the best to quit only after you have a job offer on hand.

Still, if your mental health is at stake here, then you see if you can either 1) seek professional help or 2) quit without a job only if your savings can tahan for at least 6 months to 1 year.

If to this extent then better quit but must ask yrsf r u ok to later go work a lesser pay job
Or go 3-12 months in between job
