i would straightaway throw letter if i were u

u need to think lor. that's why.

this is one of the 2-3 places i would stay for time being liao.

u want perfect place

good work life balance, good pay, good prospects, good colleagues, good boss and preferably good/near distance, good clients/other depts

for now i hit some of the above, pay wise is avg, prospects suck and boss is ok but not giving me chances, but they tell stories to me. colleagues are ok and i take 30min or less to reach workplace, things relatively flexible, but it's wasting my prime life

just listen and suah, say what u must do more, will give u chance, nxt time we explore, u tell me if u want to be director etc

just listen for fun lah

u want perfection? sorry there is none lor, all reserved for ka ki lang (lee-lated) or scholars (in govt), or if u are damn good at what u do, bazi aligned with boss, or u damn good at sucking up......... checks a few boxes

say many times until i nv reply u liao in even the forums that i kena banned

u go plan for yourself

also u can write out the factors that are most impt to u, then u check how many boxes...... if hit more than half means can at least stay for time being

but should be still stayable at least for time being until u find somewhr better for sure
