N for south China tiongs like my a kong to them , meals can only be piping hot else it is not cooked or not fit for eating

My pa under his education till now does not drink or eat cold meals unless he was the reason to come home late n eat them cold

Even milo or cooked things he d think hot is acceptable , cold is not or uncooked

Drinking warm water should be okay bah. Helps with blood circulation. Drink ice water before blood test hard to draw blood coz blood vessel constrict.
