there's no way any website or forums will focus on being anti-foreigner and expect to hold on for long without being targeted by people or the authorities, it's just not right.
We highlight the issues, policies that are wrong, the people who are wrong (can be of any race religion or nationality), or are correct and laud them for it.
There are nice foreigners too. Im not speaking to be politically correct, Im sure u met nice foreigners too.
We also met a lot of fucked up locals too.
CECA or whichever FTA or other policies, is sometimes a problem by the authorities. We slam the policies rather than focus on the people unless they show bad behaviours

There are many foreign leechers who take full advantages of our government inability to protect Singaporeans and they cannot wait to step down on us.
We are not attracting the best foreigners, alot of ah dog and ah cat here.

When the govt, ministers (tens of millions of salary more important), MPs, academic experts all refuse to address the real issues and problems brought by 40% foreigners/leechers (or more than 40% foreigners/leechers) who are staying here.
Then we as a group of Singaporeans has failed miserably to protect our rights and demand for the correct public policies.

Many many PRs and new citizens already have property back in motherland. At ard 40 to 50 yrs old they rent out whole HDB or condo for $2k plus monthly and go to motherland.
Or sell away SG property $700k to $1.5m and retired back home.

Some singaporeans even glee at 1:3.5 sgdmyr and hoping for 1:5. Really bak chiu tak stamp. The high exchange rates benefits the foreigners more than sgreans.

Why not allow them to only sell at 600k/2 which is 300k? Or at the price determined by HDB?
Instead of them wanting 350, 380 or 400k?
There shd be difference between PR and sgp.
And dont allow 2 PRs to buy hdb or only buy at higher costs and thereafter can only sell back at same price or lower(prevailing mkt rate at point of sale or lower)
Cannot allow those msians to play this loophole. 1 convert the other dont convert then retire back in msia, making sinkie bbfa and couples pay sky high price to buy or rent from them

If 2 PRs want to buy resale, they have to pay additional taxes and also can only sell back at same price.
Unless both convert to singaporeans then allow to rent out and sell in open market.
Unless is born local marry foreigner then allow to buy and sell in open market.
And they damn fucked up last time can choose flats not this lj bto shit.
And locals who marry foreigners shd allow them to bto. Why force them only can buy resale? Most of these are older people and not high income

Alternatively they can choose to remain 2 PRs or 1 sg 1 pr and can only sell back to hdb at price they bought or whichever lower price, not in open market to jack up our prices
And dont allow these 1 sgp 1 pr couple to rent out. Or play loophole like 1 is occupier only.
PRs want to play this loophole esp msians, then its a gamble they chose.
This ruling should affect current owners also. Why should they profit at all if they are only PRs and want to game the system?
