Title: The smaller parties must merge and rebrand if they want to stay relevant
Post by: default on May 04, 2025, 10:52 AM
inject new blood, take in new candidates and vet them

PSP should also join in or disband suah

lim tean is not popular. they have branded him as siao lang coz of his antics........ NSP should just join or disband. SPP also same or worse under Steve Chia

They need a leader, or mentor (s), this part LMW, Hazel Poa or even Lim Tean and Steve Chia can contribute as mentors/consultants together with TCB

simi SUP red dot united etc

The alliance must start now if they want to contest for 2030...........

it's so fragmented now and only PAP and WP and SDP, PSP are recognized

other parties are so shit

All should disband, only wp has the branding, candidates and resources

SDP and PSP days are numbered too as their founders are old and there are no clear successor in sight. Basically they are a 1 man show

End of the day, it will be PAP vs WP

but still 3 party will be better instead of just relying on 2

i actually think disband is better. totally dont contest coz i see no future in many ways.

I agree, just leave with 3, max 4 parties. or jitao just disband leave PAP and WP suah. people are simply not interested

1. singaporeans thinking problem... all want brand name same like for schools and hermes even tho made in china
2. all oppo fragmented all want to be chief
3. after all these, i think even harder for people to want to stand up for elections and be scrutinized. if u see, actually HHH is not bad in many ways but people still say her qualifications not so good and she is ex jiuhubu - the others like the who? Fang Amin, got better quali but actual person cannot. Then the Chiu Shin Kong is totally cannot.

if u ask regular folks like myself or yourselves to stand, u want? put ur life in limelight under scrutiny and will get dissed by not having gone to harvard etc.

or they will scrutinize ur personal life. or u kena baotoh like Andre Low. Why do so much and get back so little?

If u look at Andre Low's academics ->

https://www.wp.sg/candidate/low-wu-yang-andre

he still wins most of us. Sinkies also still want brand names somewhat.

Really hard to let public put u under microscope and still judge u for small little things even for attire, looks and things like that. And then still lose to 40% die hard PAP supporters

Only a mass disbandment will trigger Singaporeans to think

I suggest to disband SPP. theres no soul there anymore, and people dont like Steve Chia
NSP talk so much but it's basically nothing just disband also

all the other smaller parties like red dot all these disband also. PAR also

Dont you think its intentional? YOu think the one party will allow? They are there as filler and fluff to justify democracy.
