20.2 billion is only the amount spent on toys wor. Including all the crab salaries, budget, fuel cost, food cost, salaries, expenditures, etc, maybe 40 bil liao. Renting the camps at taiwan, Thailand, india, australia, germany, france, US, NZ sure cost a bomb also. Not to mention chartering "private jets" twice a year.
