These 3 places
Initially the trap between neck and shoulder, will pain when i try to lift my head up. 2 weeks passed, Now the pain subsided i can lift my head up without pain but still got abit pain yesterday when i walk around in public. Need to press massage the trapezius area constantly
Tried paste muscle ache patches 0 help. Ate muscle relaxant / pain killer only temp alleviate.
Didn't go any exercise. Became like this after i woke up one day.
It all started 1 month ago, from my arm feel abit intermittent numbness without all the pain.

Shoulder muscle ache and got a point sore when i press massage it with my finger

Then some numbness (30% numb) can be felt at my bicep area

I have scoliosis sometimes back ache
Last time damn painful my back spine near hip area
But now ok no more pain

Not sure what's happening. My diet quite unhealthy
Blood pressure normal though recently just checked with doc

Do u have chronic neck pain for a long time?

Can do xray first. Suspect either spondylosis with nerve impingement if chronic neck pain.

Or maybe slipped disc if acute neck pain

No neck pain. I think can only let it heal by itself... I have tried everything under the sun

Covid? Very long liao more than 1 yr i think . Now the sore pain in my shoulder machiam like inject covid shot that time. Exactly the same

Taim to see doctor. This kind of shoulder pain hard to self diagnose especially when it's chronic.

I can't guarantee anything but based on what my colleague said about his wife multi-area pain gradually heal after 4-5 sessions. I think there is hope. No try no hope.

5 sessions around $400 they paid.
