I took it at 9pm. feels sleepy at 11pm. Well sleep until next morning without headache. Other western meds that can cause drowsiness can give me a headache too. This lingzhi doesn't give headache.

My bro whose usual sleeping time is 5am-1pm due to work nature. When we gave him one lingzhi pill on his off day, at around 3pm, he started dozing off at 4pm. He said he usually never knockout in evening due to work nature.

Can buy from Watsons. Choose the cracked spores. It also contain ginseng and grape seed

At a start can try take once every 2-3 days?

I read up reddit on ppl who takes reishi/lingzhi. Someone getting depression after taking for prolonged period. Hope it doesn't happen to all of us

this one emty uc always offer.. 1L + 300ml box cost less than chiur ling zhi

they leecomend 3 cupts a day but if take only 1 cup 20ml a day, can tahan 3mths for 1L bottle.
