Moi oso tan ping after 9hrs work + 2 hrs commute, +5.5+2.5 sleep+awake. Oredi 19 hour gone. Left only 5 hrs for eating & shower, posting in TCL. 1 day gone liao.

If my work is 12 hour shift. Some things will settle within the 12 hours.
10k steps, brunch.
Shower also done within shift for some ppl.
Laundry no need everyday do rah. Every few days once can liao, unless is big family.
Clean and tidy no need to do everyday imo. Once every few days also can. If the house not havoc kind.
