My cousin being asked to resign after 3 month probation, said she didn't follow every SOP. Is a shock to me cos the way she mentioned it was quite promising.

Wah very demoralising leh but it may not be a bad thing
I only ever know of 1 such case before. Happened to another new hire when I first the coy. He joined earlier than me but failed the probation. Other colics and I find it weird cos he's ok at his job, he's also in our lunch clique , we even went drinking after work etc
Now he's doing very well in other field, holding a snr mgmt position

I believe when one door closed another opens. Her current job 不要也罢, 6 days work modern slavery. I hope there are better opportunities coming to her.

Healthcare... But is ancillary side. It's a newly formed department. That salary also not great la. Less than 3k salary for 6days work week is bo hua no life. I think job scope not suitable for her.
