I think not so cos ERP is not fixed. Let's say Grab charges you $20 inclusive of $2 ERP. But suay suay by the time u hit the erp gsntry it's $5 liao

Their usual fares is also fixed when you book
When and if there is traffic jam, the fares dun change too unlike taxi the meter will keep running

Then how? Road condition is dynamic but phv svc charge is fixed
