today went to see leh, the veerasamy unit........ i feel it's boxy and not airy and bright like my current place......
it's more than 100sqft bigger but doesnt feel that way coz it's boxy
mine is about 635, theirs, they claim is maybe 770?
but i realised the extra space makaned by the extra toilet and store-room. my 2 rooms are quite big and same size.
their masterbed room is same size as my rooms. the extra 100+ sqft kena makan by the store room and master bed room toilet
location is good though, they say the owners keen to negotiate
