Title: Customer buay song with ASA Holidays

𝐀 𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐂𝐍𝐘 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐒𝐀 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒!

We recently travelled to Chiang Mai, and using ASA HOLIDAYS was such a complete letdown. 

Our setbacks :
1. There was no luggage check-in for flights, thus there was an additional fee (ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑑 𝑜𝑓 𝑡𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑔𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑝𝑠 𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑐𝑘𝑒𝑑 𝑏𝑎𝑔𝑠? 𝐼𝑡'𝑠 𝑜𝑘𝑎𝑦, 𝑤𝑒 𝑝𝑎𝑦 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑖𝑡).

2. An amateur tour guide, or more accurately, a freelance tour guide. We were left wondering about the itinerary and the attraction, and she spent the majority of the time eating and shopping. (𝐼𝑡'𝑠 𝑜𝑘𝑎𝑦, 𝑤𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑔𝑜 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑡𝑟𝑖𝑝 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑁𝑂 𝐸𝑋𝑃𝐸𝐶𝑇𝐴𝑇𝐼𝑂𝑁𝑆.)

3. On day three, we were taken to a restaurant an hour away for dinner. There were 17 of us in the group. The portions were small—five little meals for eleven pax at table 2. At 9.30 p.m., my parents' table was starving while our tour guide was savoring her one-person bowl of basil rice! 
(𝐻𝑒𝑦, ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑛𝑜 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑑𝑜𝑒𝑠 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑖𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑦 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑤𝑒 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑣𝑒! 𝑊𝑒 𝑒𝑎𝑐ℎ 𝑝𝑎𝑖𝑑 𝑆𝐺𝐷 $1500, 𝑤ℎ𝑖𝑐ℎ 𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑜 𝑐𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑠 𝑡𝑜𝑜.)

3. A bus driver who lacks navigational skills We had to walk 400 meters back and forth to the incorrect location after being taken to the incorrect attraction. (𝑇𝑜𝑡𝑎𝑙 𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑤𝑎𝑙𝑘𝑒𝑑: 800𝑚.) 
4. These are the experiences in our seven rooms, yet the hotel only costs $60 a night!
- Faulty doors (no phone to call reception, unable to open from the inside) 
- A broken balcony door that was unable to be locked from the inside
- a clogged sink 
- The bath area was choked 

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐆𝐎 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄, 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐃:
𝟓. 𝐀𝐒𝐀 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 (𝟏𝟕 𝐩𝐚𝐱) 𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧! 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐒𝐀 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐎𝐑𝐀 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟐-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫-𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥! ASA Holidays FlyScoot

6. The SCOOT airline ground crew insisted that we get in touch with the travel agent because they were unable to make any changes to the system. Given that they are dressed in the uniform, don't they represent the SCOOT? We were willing to simply pay the difference and get on the plane! We do have a seat, after all! Just give us the tickets! Let us check in! 

7. At the last minute by paying SGD $900 to the ground crew at Chiang Mai airport! We gotten the correct ticket and checked in! 

We have returned, but ASA HOLIDAYS has not followed up! didn't give us a call. How are we? Where are we? Hello, there are 17 of us here.

why need tour group for chiang mai unless old folks?

see, every paying customer is entitled to write a honest review mentioning the business name based on their experience of the service received..
