very thick soles more for gaining height usually females
then some are those normal thinner soles....... normal walking shoes or what, or they call court shoes. also can be used for running or sports what. but the thinner soles one less for basketball or running bah.

example these 2 type, i think can used for running and all sports what.
the other type is the trekking shoes. slightly thicker sole and more resistant rubber. ok la can used for trekking maybe not so good for sports coz slightly heavier...... but if wear for sports should also be ok
