I am now getting into hyperconsumerism in some sense.

People who knows me, know I was the 一毛不拔 type , not willing to spend on anything other than real necessities.

Nowadays keep buying things from shopee and taobao mainly for home improvements.

Home improvement stuff are not considered as excessive consumerism to me cos they are useful and practical

Eat natural... Why depend on supplements? As the name already implied, supplements are meant to supplement only

Not very into brands. These days almost stop completely. Only buy branded stuff for home.
