Exercise definitely helps. Walk/jog as little as 2km also good

I got a lot of white hair, lao hua also getting worse

Later going for scan on my elbow. But now like is my shoulder pain. Wonder if mri will be whole arm or just elbow.

Sekali need to reschedule. Dont know wtf is wrong.

Too many shits going on in past yr. I rly regressed a lot physically in health.

Shd have at least gone for runs or walks

Last week i fell down. Until now still pain my knee. Young time already heal next day

My elbow more than 6 mths. Abt 8 or 9 mths. I feel fucked i shd have gone tcm not let it heal by itself. Later got to go for scan
