digital lock also ex. u go out also need money which means need a watch and some stuff not supported by smart watch at times...
and sometimes if u run or cycle u still need to drink water or buy food mah
now when i go out for a walk or short run i use a plastic bag to hold 2 cards and some notes......... 1 cc, 1 ntuc card and sometimes also the atm card
Use before but it kept moving upwards,in the end I hold my phone in my hand. Else get those running shorts with pocket at the back of spin so your things won't jiggle

i asked my colleague (a older lady, hubby rich la they live in 4m condo)....... how she run
since she sits near me and we are like bro and sis......... she told me she went to run in the morning (sometimes make small chats to my colleagues) before work, which is like maybe wake up at 7 or before, then go run 30min or so? like that not super rushed meh? i will only run on weekends or wfh........ come back shower all these liao can reach office in time meh
then i asked her how u run if u have to bring some stuff........ she said she wears such belt... i tell her like that not weird meh (she also got use apple watch)
she says no... but i also last time got exercise a lot one mah, i know wear this and run damn zor teng one. maybe if ur shorts got those belt loops can put something like that, then for me, if i just bring a few cards and notes, it's optimal
but i think she probably wear normal exercise shorts/pants when running.......... dunno what she carries also la.
she said her husband wears his iphone on his hand like i see many people/esp ang mor doing
when i run i want to concentrate on running at most music (probably wont need also)...... then put this belt on a shorts without those belt loops........ sure will cause abrasion one mah. those long dist marathon guys and probably girls also need to wear nipple tape or sth... even tho i not running like more than 10 click usually
wear the belt sure abrasion at the waist one mah........ sure feel weird also

I jog 3km to 5km nia so hold phone in hand is no problem.
