i served in a combat unit and made some lifelong friends.
training was tough of course but reservist was good as we took the time to catch up and have fun even during training or exercise.

There are good times and bad times, made some good frens but also met terrible ppl
I still meet up with my bmt mates yearly. Oct just went to one of their house warming
Grateful to know them but to be frank, we meet up once a year, how close can we be?
Oh, we have a group chat too, just the 4 of us.
As for reservice, once MR, no more contact already but reservice it self was good. Was tough during outfield but slack at times too
Went for 4 overseas reservice too. Went as support so very slack, good experience.
Overall, I try to make the best out of it but wouldn't want to go through it again
