Sometimes this kind of music teacher or those contest judges are too technical I feel.
Just because someone can hit high notes or something then they think highly of the singer. End up all the contestants want to sing like Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston
So for Jay's case, he probably dun fit into those hit high notes and perfect diction kind loh
