I went to view the show flat. Quite nice. Also was there three weeks ago. Did not go in. Seems like a pleasant environment. But hard to sell at a big profit I think cos of the location.
Prob more for people who work there and retirees who like changi area and don't need to go town or work.

Really too ulu for anything. Even if you drive, the elderly and children also have to depend on public tpt which is a hassle. No amenities too

U went inside? Nice?
I think they hv ntuc, one or two cooked food places, one pub, Coffee bean and ntuc.
Changi is a nice, tranquil place. I really like it along with our airport. But I rather stay at pasir ris than Parc komo if I want to retire in that area.
rast taim ns taim.. moi take bas 2 alwasy pass by

Yup, went inside look see. It's good enough for the residents in that area but overall it's still too ulu for anything. The ulu-ness overwhelmed the privacy

It feels like a pasir ris resort haha. Really only for people who want to retire and just lie flat in changi. Or hv a good stable job in the area.

I have not been in the condo itself but given how small it is, I doubt it has much inside too. The surrounding area really nothing too do. The beach is not even anywhere near by foot. I think even retirees will find it boring unless just stay inside condo 24/7

Not really wasteful if one enjoy it. Even if take leave and sleep at home is also not wasteful.
Then what you define as constructive. Go travel overseas? Work on own hustle? Run errands? To me, that is the folly of being busy for the sake of it.

Totally agree. Sg is not the most exciting country but at the same time, it can be interesting if one bother to explore
I have only been to 2 or 3 of the places you listed

Yeah. The battle box quite new. It is free entry but I think better to pay $5 for an audio tour, without guide.

Yeah. A few of these small places. Changi boardwalk is nice too. Not as popular as East Coast but is quiet and tranquil.
Another one would be labrador Park. Sungei buloh is nice but quite packed.
And our museums are actually quite well done so worth a visit.
