I have been suffering from slouching and hunchback issues for decades. No matter how much I train myself to stand straight, sit straight or lean against the wall. Eventually I will still slouch and go back to hunchback position within minutes.
This is the solution that worked for me.
I kept my back straight, dont lock knees, Squeeze back muscle!
The action of squeezing my back muscle to make a pull, eventually straighten my back by at least 80%, just 10minutes of workout on this machine. So far it's been 24 hr, I can still manage to stand straight without exerting much effort compare to before, and able to sustain standing straight much much longer.
