i dont think it's hard... if make own patties also can mah. depends on ingredients, the cut of meat
i think no need too high grade just like ground beef niah, season it with salt and pepper like how u season bak chor
then grill put butter... sauce if u want can put the worcestershire sauce... or make your own nia
other things also can buy outside like cheese, lettuce, tomato or mushroom
is only ma fan or not to cook yourself nia
