i got depression, been struggling with this for more than half my life.
last time it was more of a stigma.
now with the younger gen being more open and vocal, the stigma is less, which is good. but still got stigma. but the younger gen won't judge you for it.
but stigma or not, it's a terrible condition to have.

Ownself say or got certification one.
Moi struggled too most part of moi life and seeing the light at end of tunnel soon.
Important part of life journey is to occupy oneself with job or
in things to do daily. Start planning and persevere and will see light at the end of the tunnel as well.

The first step is don't care what others think of you. I know it's not easy but i overcome it, previously i always care what others think of me, now i don't care.
Second is try exercising, go for a jog, go hiking, just go out and run ! Will elevate your mood.
Thirdly is do something nice to someone. Give $2 to the uncle selling tissue paper. Inside lift you press open let everyone else go out first. You'll feel better helping other people.
