Electrician coming at 11am tomorrow to repair the aircons and wood guy coming to repair our wooden stairs. Damaged when previous rogue tenant shifted his heavy safe.

Buying a terrace now.
Had DTF lunch and Meng Meng dinner, yummy but cost about rm300 each. Getting expensive.
Then went shopping and spent rm1k buying Akemi support pillow for elder son and Akemi super smooth bedsheets and comforter for us and elder son at Sogo.
Aircon also repaired, cost rm400 and bought a new Midea aircon for rm1300.
Spent more than rm3k this trip.
Ouch.
