Moi started to notice more & more such kind of ppl in Sg.
I can judge chiu but you can't judge moi? I can say chiu but you can't say moi? The laws & especially flawed ones apply to you but not to moi?

Is it with many selling their property become noveau rich & started to feel holier than thou?
Has our society progressed in terms of maturity & civil mindedness?

Freedom of speech enables moi to voice out without fear or favour....
All TCLRs critize, complain, rant all Chiu want in this lounge. Gamxia to mods for allowing it.

Because these ppl come ka jiao chiur everyday living.

Take example
Tis cat lady living in a condo, talk like HDB upgrader, took upon herself to feed a few cats attaching themselves inside the condo. Then started to treat condo as her own, pasting notices telling residents there what to do, can't feed normal food telling ppl off as if she owned the cats or the condo. Then she herself broke the BCA regulations. common area not hers Hor still act so holy & kind to cats but not to her neighbors. Chiu never encounter or hear such ppl meh?

many this kind of ppl..  but moi mostly ignore, the most moi will do in this case is notify security.

first as chiu said it's common property in condo so better contact MCST / security guard to do something instead of handle chiurself

can see some issues here no need to handle chiurself:

1. posting notice in condo already break mcst by-law. notify security to take down
2. chiu said broke bca regulations - find out which one. call security/bca to handle. bca will refer to mcst anyway.
3. stray cats can ask spca take away but they cannot enter condo, so notify the security and let them decide.
4. if notify security dun work or security do nothing, then raise a matter in the next AGM and ask them do something about it. either sack security company or make a new by-law regarding the cats.

obviously these are not instant fix, it takes time.. but there are rules and procedures already established on how to fix .. just be patient.. let the process follow..

Hv clever Ppl living in condo but mostly bo chup like Chiu say. Let her be. Give her leeway but it got worse, she started to make things difficult for neighbors below, hang her clothes outside, drip ppl. Then quarrel started till polis & got herself elected as mcst. As Chiu know many qualified ones can be mcst but bo chup.
Mature ppl inside condo don't want to report. But if she sees others she will report. So many many such ignorant scums trying to be atas. Everywhere. But money really can't buy class.

issue with mcst is alot of ppl just pay the bills but never get involved.
all unit owners has 1 vote in agm but never sexercise.

in this case moi rather downgrade to hdeebee at least tell town cowcer they will act immediately.

Unless in OPPO ward, working hard to please chiu. All too well paid becomg arrogant tell chiu can't be  done, llst but continue to say sob stories about high cost of operation & up the fee. Sounds familiar? Like our 白莲教 every 5 yrs sob stories.
Moi run road since dun want to pay too much taxes & prices for such lousy administrator & feeding them till GCB $88,000,000 but moi next gen can't even afford $1,000,000 hdeebee with Phdee.

Stay landed ish the best. Only fighting with free carpark lots outside. Neighbours all having at least 2 cars. Can't fit inside porch. Got to rent ridout to house 10 cars.

Look at PAP ministers alway smearing and accusing oppos for 50 years. Then when oppo ask some questions, the PAP throw POFMA and say oppo are lying.

And customers ate restaurant food which are not nice, encountered bad service they wrote the online reviews, the owners want to threaten with lawyer letters.

Couldn't agree more.
Many unqualified ppl or non experts  with a bit of knowledge trying to teach others which is worse as it might mislead not giving full truth or fact. It's cesspool over there. Holier than thou sinkies & FTs trampling sinkies to keep themselves here forever but foreign passport.

Scary sia...why hv sinkies become lidat? Country glistening & shinning yet sinkies mentality not up the level of Japan. Japan homogeneous.

One possible factor ish sinkies affected by chapalang culture all over world & they walk over sinkies. Then sinkies can't fight all chapalang ppl but fight own familiar meek sinkies since most of us want to keep peace in own land & bo chup or lun & ppl take it as easy target.
