Can't carry v v heavy loads for long time unlike younger days : shd I go gym ?
Don't hv as much energy .. one thg take a few days to complete .. young time 1/2 day finish

I invited a few uncle and aunt come visit church
Only 3 uncles came over a period of my lifespan
Aunt usu more stuff to do at home .. so far aunties.. I ll follow them .. they hard to follow me

Dun need to go gym unless you want to bulk up. For mobility and basic strength training, just go and buy some weights and exercise at home or just do calisthenics

I thk go gym mainly for an experience and see what youngster experiencing only .. n try encounter how weight machines work .. not really want to mk bulky or buff
I go for modern dance lesson so go some need to train flexibility and muscles .. but mostly is moving(exercise) flexibility and enhancing and social rs w laoshi n other dancing classmates

The socialising part is true hahhaha.
Also saw many ladies go gym just to do stretching. I'm not complaining thou cos I was watching them throughout

I also just started signing up for gym in my workplace, to give my body a crash course weight reduction, so far lost 2+kg for one mth. Many auntie uncles there.
I have a routine now...
Squats x 20
Incline walk 9.5 gradient 4.5 speed x 15min
Reverse sit up x 3 sets
Rower 5 minutes
