read up 400 calorie meals
logic is you jiak only 3 meals a day, 1 meal 400 calories
1 day consume 1200 calories + 200-300 calories from misc stuff (snacks) total = 1500 calorie intake/day
a normal adult burns about 2000 calories a day. that means if u stick to ur diet plan, u will be at a 500 caloric deficit/day
1 month will be 30 x 500 = 15,000 caloric deficit
You need to burn about 7500 calories to lose 1kg of weight.
so 1 month u will lose 2kg if you stick to a diet plan.
if u want to speed things up, aim for 10,000 steps/day.
10,000 steps = 400 calories burned.
that's another 12,000 calories/mth burned, or extra 1.5 kg weight loss.
dont go overboard, lose 2-3jg of weight per month is healthy, u go too fast, body might not adapt.

Any form of exercise eg move more will help maybe 🤔 yoga or pilates
But they strengthen n tone
Don't really lose weight in short run
Maybe brisk walking n strolling everyday
Eg get off one bus stop ahead or get on one bus stop late
I try to use stairs as much as possible
Exceptions is if too rush
Or carrying loads then I cannot
Cos ever carry too heavy fall down from last 3 steps cos rushing
Eat more full meals
Limit size of snack or limit snacking

When I zz enuf I feel full easily
When I m sleep deprived I need to eat twice more and still feel buay full kinda feeling

Eat outside is not so but limit no. Of outings
So even free food co event , if I hit 6-8 dinner outings I ll try to not go for them if I get to choose
