I can say for 10-20 outdoor fitness corners , maybe 1/10 or 1/20 are actively in use
The rest just nobody touch
E one with ppl are not there for exercise
They just there to be sitted upon for chit chat

Elderly whole body paining u think they will find motivation to go do this meh ?
