When the mind is clear, can see things better.
It has taken me over a year to finally realized that while my workplace looks ok and ordinary on the surface, deep down the grudges and toxicity are getting deep-rooted. However, it is also hard to point finger blame the existing staffs here because I think there were too many changes over the years (and currently ongoing), probably the staffs unable to adapt or unable to accept that things "went downhill" when comparing with the past. Some of these staffs have been with the company for 10-20 years so probably they are stuck here for good and unable to move to elsewhere.
However, I do acknowledge that the inner workings within the company is getting messy. I can hardly feel any leadership i.e. no one taking overall in-charge, no one wants to take action, no one wants to take the lead, instructions passed down from top to bottom sometimes no head no tail and nobody even knows what is going on, and different teams are backstabbing one another/stirring shyt over the slightest and most insignificant issues like "eating lunch together", for example.

No leadership n ppl only care their own agenda n what their boss think of them is v real
Even my side culture is slow n lazy ... some teams quick n agile .. for some parts of the team they also hv this no leadership on many thg ownself see how kinda pattens
All I can say is

Each man for himself. Singapore is not really a caring place. Plus all the foreigners are here in our work place.
