Currently, I am thinking if it is a better decision to complete my CPA studies first before quitting. After all, I now is WFH by default so I can do my self-study at home anytime during my working hours too. If I quit after studies at least my status will be elevated to a "qualified accountant".

If u can quarantine n limit within a radius this unhappy work portion into a container n turn on hardwkg student for bright future certification mode then I highly recommend u do this cos

if work from home can self study to complete then ish the best

but nowadays i reduce my visit to office so it is better now...just do my own work n f care everything else...

Anyway ts, you should mitigate against tio moar toxicity by avoiding the office. So you dun feel so terrible about your jod.

i only quit once w/o job, that was during covid. very bad experience and bad decision.
i agree should avoid office more. on the surface the colleagues are nice but then i got go out several times for lunch and dinner deep down the convos i think not very healthy. like recently got 1 i went, before i go i ask my grandma should go or not coz if i dun go, i feel left out as i dun go office often so i dunno what is going on/updates, but if i go the mood/convo sama-sama abit sian too. end up i went and the convos is as usual lol.
ok la i dun blame them coz the inner workings within the company also getting messy too like machiam no leadership now and different teams backstabbing one another rly bo liao nth better to do stir shyt behind the scenes...
but hor the main thing i super buay song is the interview back then jin misleading and also nobody wanna sign off my cpa. angry max. i have to keep flipping my contact list from past jobs and beg them to help sign. now pending for 1 to reply if he ok to sign i good to go le just finish 2 more modules and settle liao...
