"Job-hopper" Tin Pei Ling is accused of being a "bad influence" on youngsters as she leaves her latest job after 9 months
SINGAPORE: Ruling party politician Tin Pei Ling has been met with criticism after fintech company MetaComp announced that she is its new co-president.
Noting the string of jobs Ms Tin has held over less than a year and a half, some Singaporeans online are calling her a "job-hopper" while others comment, tongue-in-cheek, that she may be a "bad influence" on youngsters in the job market.

honestly she must be really really bad to leave less than 1 yr
tbh i think any one of us is more qualified to do her job than her

We have medical doctor in charge of defence and some military guy in education. Totally and absolutely zero experience but talented enough to do the job
Actually why is she being offered those jobs?
Do the companies need her expertise or do they need her for connections?
And did she apply for those jobs or it's offered to her? Can't imagine her applying for jobs. She doesn't need the money

she is certainly 100% not qualified for these jobs compared to even us. she worked as junior auditor for only very few years
i dare say any of us got more corporate exp than her for sure

What do you think? Why do we have so many ex military /generals and ex politicians from one particular party in glcs and sitting in board of mgmt after they "retired"?
