There r others who would love to be top 3 main char
There r others who would enjoy being main supporting roles
Some would like to be minor supporting roles
Some of us actually enjoy just reading the play n imagining it and later watching it
Some will like to be narrator
Some don't like skits n plays
I would thk his role / personality is he like to be main char so that s why many times want to share details / achievements.. this kind is good mah, mgmt meeting is sthg i hate but if he my coworker .. i would give him slides n info to present on behalf of whole dept / unit
