I would totally recommend Fei Zai Prawn Noodles at Pasir Panjang.
Go for the small prawn noodles. Noodles got umami taste with right mix of shallots, pork lard and flavourings. But go early as it sells out fast. Before 10am to be safe!
There is also a very good lor bak stall with soft meat in the same coffeeshop. I don't usually eat pork so this was told to me by my dad. The cabbage veg is very nice too. I sometimes also order a plate of the veg which also comes with hae bi.

Wah ok thanks. Might pay it a visit next time.
I was there just last weekend and tried wonton mee, fried fritters, soon kueh and Peng kueh (both fried).
And tbh none was good. The you tiao was cold and the wonton mee tastes bland. I was there around 11am so it was not that crowded.
I went one week earlier and tried the bee Hoon. Also not impressed.
Suprised cos the hawkers i bought from all looked local and experienced. Was expecting better.
Maybe I sld have gone for those with long queues but I was not ready to wait. Haha.

I mean to be safe try to go before 10am if you want the small prawn noodles.
If not you can try the big prawn noodles, same noodles but not as shiok cos need to peel the shell haha. this one sure got sell even after 12pm.
Or the pork rib prawn noodles i heard also very nice as the pork ribs is very tender.
the place closes about 1plus 2pm though. so be sure to go early.
it is very popular with the office crowd around the area.

This one they say they open until night but many times i go 5pm they never open. Make empty trip. Nice is nice but very irregular operating days. Or is there any trick?

Open until dinner but 6pm not much left liao. Either go for early lunch or early dinner to avoid Q and avoid items being sold out respectively
