That's what I observed too especially those spinsters. I noticed nowadays they even write nonsense on their LinkedIn. Talk about burnout, work life balance, work appraisal and other bs as if they are experts

Most youngsters. Not socialized with reality yet.
Like many of us when we were in our teens & 20s-30s.

True but as what you said, they are too young to care about politics. I'm guilty of that too when I'm that age

But maybe mid 20s onwards should care whether one like it anot

Mid 20s care about working, dating, socializing with colleagues or friends. 30s busy with raising a young family. It's only 40s mid life, exhausted, having enough time to reflect. The 2016 GE has the most 40s tat voted other parties instead of the ruling party & tagged as the cynical 40s.

Means those are late bloomers

Once you start working in mid 20s will inevitably know about stuff like politics, investments, cpf and insurance

Lol, I do my best to drown out all of the negative news and politics, but my job requires it and sometimes the MIW really just piss me off so much until I have to voice out.

As the saying goes "Just because you do not take an interest in politics doesn't mean politics won't take an interest in you."

I'm not interested in politics too but can't help it as it affects my life. Same for many adult things like paying bills, cpf and insurance... So dry and boring but force myself to understand the details as much as possible

Yeah same here. My job also requires me to be well versed with current affairs.

I will just ignore the negative news if i can.
