I don't eat anyth meat or animal raw
I only eat raw veg

Even then .. only salads mybfd cos angmoh don't know how to cook veg

Lkk advise is try to eat cooked things esp seafoods
Meats
Other non veg non fruit

Veg also .. some nutrients can better absorb after cooked eg tomatoes

Since they dump nuclear waste containment treated waste water i try to limit n Jiak v v v little sea things but mybf if your family got some everyth don't like but specifically want to eat oyster or sea things 🫣🤢
