then nurse alr serve him porridge so he only ate the fish and soup
then the rice i bring back, i jiak the rice and soup that i cooked
fish i split into 2 portions, 1 for my dad the other one for my uncle neighbour who has parkinsons
i kind of want to cook finish everything in fridge then 封刀 forever

It's like this De.. ingredients hv to buy in min bags of sthg .. so alws will hv some bits of this or that that can be used for next meal ..but if we don't regularly cook right then quickly expire so fast .. then we ll become like
