one recent observation is that our garhment cannot handle "advanced" stuff.
maybe because no 10 years series :spin:
just look at ERP2.0 (3 pieces meal) and SimplyGo (account based).
so, better don't touch any advanced nuke stuff.
🙏
such a small dot, why would we wanna do that?
unlike chernobyl or even fukushima, we dun have that big piece of land to evacuate residents if anything happens

with climate change.. paris agreeemnet ... which chiur cheng hoo has signed on chiur behalf..

this is the only way green electricity can be supplied .
sg no place for wind turbine. maybe can put solar panels but it cannot sustain high energy demand and consumption.
sg can only rely on gas or diesel fired generator.. which will contribute to carbon emissions.
if sg have to reduce green house gas emission and meet all those paris agreeement committment , the only way is to go nuclear

Also, looking at current competency.... No thanks. Mrt breakdown still can fix.. Nuclear plant breakdown....
No. Too risky
actually im a bit "for" nuclear
because rly we have no energy means
but it is like a very hefty gamble
i feel we are safe in this part of the world, the only problem is whether u can trust those in charge or not
